俄建議1月下旬舉行首次減產(chǎn)監(jiān)控小組會(huì)議

中國(guó)石化新聞網(wǎng)訊 據(jù)普氏能源資訊12月21日莫斯科報(bào)道，俄羅斯能源部長(zhǎng)諾瓦克周二在莫斯科表示，俄羅斯日前建議負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)控歐佩克為首全球石油產(chǎn)量削減委員會(huì)在明年1月20日前后舉行會(huì)議來(lái)調(diào)查參與國(guó)的服從情況，但具體與會(huì)時(shí)間迄今還沒(méi)有作出任何最后決定。
諾瓦克說(shuō)：“開(kāi)會(huì)時(shí)間尚未達(dá)成一致，仍在做工作。我們認(rèn)為我們必須在20日前后舉行會(huì)議。
在歐佩克成員國(guó)達(dá)成把他們產(chǎn)量從10月份水平每天削減120萬(wàn)桶的具有里程碑意義的6個(gè)月協(xié)議以后，以俄羅斯為首的11個(gè)非歐佩克產(chǎn)油國(guó)也同意加入這個(gè)減產(chǎn)計(jì)劃把他們石油日產(chǎn)量削減55.8萬(wàn)桶，其中俄羅斯承諾每天削減30萬(wàn)桶。

Russia suggested to the five-country committee monitoring the OPEC-led global oil production cut to meet around January 20 to look into the participants' compliance but no final decision on the date has been taken so far, Russia's energy minister Alexander Novak said.
"The dates have not been agreed on. The work is under way. We believe we have to meet around the 20th," Novak said late Tuesday.
Following the landmark six-month agreement by OPEC countries to cut their crude output by 1.2 million b/d from October levels, 11 non-OPEC countries led by Russia agreed to join the initiative by cutting their combined output by 558,000 b/d. Of this, Russia's commitment is 300,000 b/d cut.
